LIVE meditation 21: Single Pointedness, focusing on one thing

There is a term in Zen to describe entering into the present. It is โ€˜Single Pointednessโ€™, placing your focus on only one thing. This can be anything: your body, one breath, a taste, a touch, gazing the candle… In this session Peter uses the modality of listening to enter the present, guiding the listener to hold their focus on sounds to remain rooted in Being.

We run LIVE meditations on Instagram with the intention to support a loving connection of each person towards themselves and others.
